1 General Provisions and Definitions

In these Terms, "ongbd", "we", and "our" refer to the ongbd brand and its operators. "User", "you", and "member" refer to any person who visits the ongbd website or mobile platform or creates an account.

3 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ongbd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Only transactions made through these methods are accepted. Deposits or withdrawals using third-party accounts are prohibited.

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

3.3 Withdrawal Verification

4 Terms on Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

ongbd offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before a withdrawal can be made. If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If a user attempts to abuse bonuses, claim bonuses through multiple accounts, or obtain bonus benefits by any dishonest means, ongbd reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and related winnings and close the account.

4.4 Other Promotions

ongbd runs various promotional offers, cashback deals, and tournaments from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions, which are detailed on the promotions page. In the event of a conflict with the general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence.

5 Betting Rules and Gaming Regulations

5.1 Betting Limits

ongbd has set minimum and maximum betting limits for various games and betting categories. All bets must be placed within the set limits. ongbd reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

5.2 Bet Cancellation

ongbd reserves the right to cancel any bet due to technical errors, incorrect odds, or any other valid reason. The amount of a cancelled bet will be returned to the user's account.

5.3 Technical Errors

If a game result is irregular due to a server error, disconnection, or any other technical issue, ongbd will investigate and make an appropriate decision. In such cases, ongbd's decision will be considered final.

5.4 Cheating and Fraud

If a user attempts to gain an advantage through bots, automation software, hacking, or any other dishonest method, their account will be immediately suspended and all balances will be forfeited. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

6 VIP Program and Cashback Policy

The ongbd VIP Program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher tiers through regular play. Cashback is automatically credited to your account every week. ongbd reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

7 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

ongbd is firmly committed to responsible gambling. We believe that entertainment should always remain within safe limits.

7.1 Setting Deposit Limits

Users can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing a limit is subject to a waiting period.

Upon account closure, any balance legitimately earned and with wagering requirements fulfilled will be returned. However, the balance of an account closed due to a breach of Terms may be forfeited.
